design — research — exploration

With Fragmente, we open up a feminist view of FLINTA* and their bodies. How we perceive bodies depends largely on the way we are accustomed to seeing them. The normative image of a female body differs in many moments and for many people from the actual body and body image. Our bodies are many things, but they should not be one thing: an obstacle. Fragmente therefore also wants to be understood as a digital performance that declares bodies as valuable in their actual state. After all, it is ultimately about the fact that we are formed from a mass that helps us to think and move, to keep us alive. How we deal with this and how we shape this mass is up to each and every one of us.
